LOST PACKAGES
We are only responsible for packages lost in transit to its destination. If your order is marked as delivered and it happens to be misplaced at the final destination we will not be replacing your order.
RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM OR SIZE
We are sorry to hear about this! But mistakes do happen sometimes. If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us through our contact page. Please include your name, order number, e-mail registered and details of the product + pictures, We will get back to you with instructions on the process. RETURNS
All earrings and sandals ( because of COVID-19 precautions) are final sale and are NOT RETURNABLE.
If the item doesn't fit (ring or necklaces), we have a "7 day after arrival" exchange policy to have it re-sized. Please contact me before returning an item. It must also be in the original packaging.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
