We are not responsible if the address entered, it's not correct or if the package established as delivered and haven't arrived.

Client must pay shipping again if the item was returned to us.

Every order will take 2-3 days to ship out + shipping days at Postal Service.

INTERTACIONAL SHIPPING USPS TRACKING 
It is important that you know that after the package leaves the US we cannot track it. We will only be able to see the tracking information before leaving. We do not know the time of arrival of the package at its destination.

LOST PACKAGES

We are only responsible for packages lost in transit to its destination excep(International Shipping). If your order is marked as delivered and it happens to be misplaced at the final destination we will not be replacing your order.
